In an effort to assist exhibitors that are exhibiting at multiple events, we can provide a shipping caravan service for freight delivery between the following shows:

     LEDucation, NYC - August 17-18, 2021
     ArchLIGHT Summit, Dallas - September 21-22, 2021
     Lightfair, NYC - October 27-29, 2021

The charge for this caravan is by space per leg of transportation. One pallet spot, which is defined by 48” in length x 48” in width x 94” in height, will cost $300 and there is a minimum charge of $300. You must also have a credit card on file with our partners at GES for the ArchLIGHT Summit show. Note that there will be no storage fees, however, this does not include any handling fees at any of the shows.

Each participating exhibitor must sign up for service no later than Monday, August 16, 2021 to insure space on the truck and receive instructions on how to make sure your shipment is loaded. To book your space, email the form below to Beth Kyle or call 201.538.1808.
